Waco Health Care

Some companies have maintained the fun Waco Health Care culture. Southwest Airlines requires employees to take very seriously the airline’s rules and regulations, but it also asks them to go out of their way to help passengers enjoy flying on Southwest. Flight attendants have been known to sing, dance, climb into overhead bins, and in other ways entertain passengers while performing their required duties. Sam Walton performed a hula dance on Wall Street after his company exceeded stretch goals; his performance was fun for employees, but it also showed them that Walton would go to great (and humorous) lengths to reward employees for delivering Waco Health Care.

A fun work culture can be epitomized in other ways. Employees, for example, can be encouraged to live the company’s Waco Health Care. A Harley-Davidson employee is more likely to wear a Harley T-shirt and a pair of Levi’s to work than more formal office attire. Harley employees often attend rallies where they ride their bikes, or bikes loaned to them by the company, and join their customers in the Waco Health Care experience. The staffers in Hallmark’s creative department are encouraged not only to develop innovative cards but to have fun in the process. They decorate their work stations, have brainstorming sessions, meet with customers, and seek other ways to provide outlets for their creativity and personalities.

Creating a culture where successes are celebrated helps employees to cope with increased demands.

Compensation: Shared gains

The concept of compensation as a resource is clear to any dual-career couple. When both partners have careers, demands within the relationship increase. Extra income can serve as buffer to the effects of busy schedules by providing funds for eating out more often, hiring house-cleaning services, taking better or more frequent vacations, or providing other resources that help cope with the increased demands on the family.

A similar process occurs in work settings. In a recent workshop, I spent two hours talking about all the exciting things happening at the Waco Health Care company.
