How to Make Your First Payment

 

 

This page is dedicated with information on how to make their first payment, which is called a “Binder Payment”.  This is the payment that starts your insurance coverage, usually due before March 1st.  Insurance4Dallas your broker of record representing all of the mentioned insurance companies below.

Payments are handled directly through the insurance company that you have applied.  Normally, you would have received an email directly from the insurance carrier, i.e. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coventry etc., giving specific instructions on, “how to pay your premium”.  However, because of the volume of applications, the time lapse for receiving such information can be prolonged.  As a result, some carriers have extended the time period to make this payment.  The information to make payments along with the phone number for each company is provided to help you, “Bind your Coverage”.    Please do so as soon as possible.  If you have made your payment, please disregard this email.

Member portal to be used for the following:

  • Need Policy # to make a payment?
    • Members unsure of the policy # that have been uploaded into the system can log in using their SSN, register and retrieve their member #.
  • Payment already made, but need an ID Card?
    • Once payment has posted, members can register and print an ID Card.
  • Need Benefit information?
    • Members can register and view co-pays, deductible and Out-of-pocket.
